For those of you who have been having trouble logging into your Zoom, even though you were using your Schoology account, this MIGHT help.

hi students have today I'm going to try to walk you through trying to resolve and hopefully this will resolve a problem that I guess a lot of emailing me tell me that you were having trouble that I think may have been happening is that there may have been other Google account settings open all your account and log onto only your cancel that you can access those on those Zoom meetings salt if it needs to happen as you see I have three Google accounts right so I have my personal so the first thing I need to do is go ahead and sign out of all of those accounts that what's going to happen here you guys is that it's going to the Google account that I sign into dachshund Autumn a account if I try to sign into all of them at the same time right so I'm going to go back to the last page I was on so I'm going to go ahead and because I signed out of all of my accounts right at this point you want to make sure you pick your l a unified I forgot password and now I'm in the LA unified account if I go to my room and and go ahead and open up the meeting it'll it'll allow me to do so using my my last settings is that is still a problem you guys I am still working on getting that technical support number for you guys last I checked and I am going to admit that was a while ago cuz I've been working on other stuff but the last what time is sundown so I could have really get that number for you guys but I will work on that I will email that to you as soon as I have it the other thing is resetting passwords and phone numbers I know that they will be having access I don't know if I have let's do that yet so you know you're always first like those outside of content issues but then obviously if you have any you know any other questions feel free to contact me once I do that we will go. we will be talking about PIN numbers and stuff later on so now let me show you how to if you do not what I would recommend or anything that you want to go ahead and sign out again of your l a unified I don't because you know I don't I do a lot of them work on my personal Gmail I prefer to have that one as my default so again I'll be checking into that one and I'm now if I log on to my other two of which you see right now I'm signed out if I can still Varsity simultaneously as well but this one right here will be again by people so if you guys have any questions this is a video after all and if there's any questions go ahead and make sure you either like you can send me an email or you can say the questions then ask tomorrow you know if it's affecting my and obviously send an email just know that it is that's my office hours you know I'm posting this half my office hours but really technically I'll probably won't be available until like tomorrow morning so I will talk to you guys I just want to or Friday have a great day and look forward to getting to know you off
