The red ribbon was cut on Valentine's Day for the Fremont Greenhouse at the site of the Fremont Wellness Center and Community Garden. Thank you to all of the students, parents, and community. Thanks to Super South Superintendent Christopher Downing, LAUSD Chief Facilities Executive, Mark Hovatter, Fremont Principal Luis Montoya, Fremont's Agriculture Science Teacher Scott Henley, and representatives from LAUSD Facilities, UMMA Community Clinic, Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, and the Office of Board Member Dr. Richard Vladovic.
