Fremont Free Food Distribution

Free fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets every Wednesday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Fremont Garden in partnership with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, UMMA Community Clinic, and Food Forward.

Coffee with the Superintendent

Fremont staff and parents found the path to the home of the huskies for the Super South Coffee with the Superintendent on October 11. Mr. Downing outlined the goals of the district and highlighted the schools in Super South.

Kellogg Soil Donation

Thanks to Mr. Henley, Science Agriculture ROP Teacher, and Kellogg Garden for donating soil to the Fremont Community Garden. The soil will "enrich and fortify" the raised beds and orchard to "build and repair tired soil so plants reach their full potential."
